Fearne Cotton Style. . .

British TV and Radio personality Fearne Cotton is undoubtedly the queen of quirky and cool. Her style is the definition of effortless chic and I would gladly raid her wardrobe any day! She doesn't seem to get the fashion cred she deserves sometimes, even though her style is well up there with the likes of  fellow fashionistas Alexa Chung and even Kate Moss. Colour and texture has no bounds for her and she can team battered converse with a spanking new designer tote and still look classy. She can do grungy, girly and glam and her versatile style is one which many can appreciate and for me one which I can emulate!

2012 Golden Globes: Best Dressed. . .

Glitter Goddess: Lea Michelle in Marchesa

Prettiest Plain: Heidi Klum in Calvin Klein

Edgiest Attire: Emma Stone in Lanvin

Natural Beauty: Reese Witherspoon in Zac Posen

Romantic Red: Angelina Jolie in  Atelier Versace

Monochrome Elegance: Kate Winslet in Jenny Packham

Bodycon Brave: Nicole Kidman

Age Appropriate: Tilda Swinton in Jil Sander

The 69th Annual Golden Globes showed off an array of beauty, ranging in age, size and style. There were alot of surprises if you like, the most evident being Angelina Jolie, who wore Atelier Versace. We are used to seeing Jolie in monochrome greys/ blacks/creams; generally lacking in colour! However she looked so romantic with her pearl-white satin dress with red accents complimented by an elegant updo and lustrous red lips. From one favourite look of the night to the other, Emma Stone was my second style chameleon of the event. Personally I just love her style, but she gave the Golden Globes an umph of youthfulness and edginess with her deep purple flowing cut out dress, which was slightly grungy which I loved. She kept hair and make-up simple because of her statement belt and is very much an anti-tan girl which added to the overall look! Other Best Dressed in my view were Heidi Klum who glowed in her peach Calvin Klein number, Nicole Kidman who looked hot in Versace also and Kate Winslet, who in my book can never do wrong shes just so effortlessly classy! No disrespect to Tilda Swinton but generally I have never been a fan of her style but surprisingly I thought she looked amazing in lilac Jil Sander. I love fishtail style dresses and I just thought this along with a fitted blazer is so sheek and age appropriate for Tilda. Lea Michelle has got a lot of mixed reactions online, but I thought she looked smouldering in Marchesa! Her hair, make- up and jewellery all balanced out perfectly and the dress was made to fit her. If you got it, most certainly flaunt it! . . .
